Independent Technology Broker

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Independent Technology Brokers to work with our team. This is a commission-based role ideal for professionals with a proven track record in selling Microsoft Cloud services, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security, Endpoint Management, and the transformative capabilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI.

Expectations

Identify and engage potential clients within the United States market.
Leverage your expertise to sell Microsoft Cloud services, with a particular focus on:

  • Microsoft 365 (Modern Work solutions)
  • Microsoft Security and Endpoint Protection
  • Data Governance and Compliance
  • Microsoft AI (Microsoft 365 Copilot)
  • Clients undergoing Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs
  • Cloud Managed Services Provider (Cloud MSP)
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers to drive project success.
Collaborate with Ravanty’s team to align client needs with our service offerings.

Compensation

  • Commission-based only
  • Earn 10% of professional services gross revenue from each signed/delivered project
  • Commissions are paid after Ravanty receives payment from the client for the project and/or milestones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud services, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security, and Microsoft AI (Microsoft 365 Copilot).
  • Experience in selling IT solutions to clients involved in Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the United States market and the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
While these qualifications are preferred, we welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong drive to succeed and the ability to learn quickly.
