IDEATE
Our typical process of engagement would start with the initial discussions and alignment of business objectives, including high-level discovery of business and environmental needs. This also helps to gather some initial information and help the client to better understand the roadmap and the vision behind the initiative. Once we have gone through proven steps of our due diligence as part of Ideate phase, we will provide you with the proposal of scope of work based on our delivery framework.
DISCOVER
The project will begin with the comprehensive approach around discovering your environment and conducting discovery workshops where applicable. This helps establish the structure and all the essential components for the project. The discovery will provide holistic view of the pertinent technology environment, establish dependencies and considerations early on to ensure successful implementation of the project.
ARCHITECT
This phase will focus on architecting the solution based on the outcomes from the Discover phase. Multiple deep technical envisioning sessions take place between technical counterparts on both sides in the interest of architecting an efficient solution that is agreed upon based on technical requirements. Once all technical discussions took place our team will proceed with the actual infrastructure buildout activities.
ROLLOUT
Upon successful completion of the architecture and buildout, our team will proceed with the testing and validation, and conducting production pilot rollout. The production pilot will establish the process and procedures prior to the full production deployment. Success criteria and test criteria metrics typically would be accomplished in this phase as well.
EMERGE
This is where the full production rollout takes place across the organization. By this time, it is assumed that all processes and success criteria metrics have been established, tested, and fully validated. We empower this phase by providing efficient migration processes, user communication, as well as communication across client’s project team.
